75638 Battle at Arlong Park: A colorful set that recreates the climactic showdown against Arlong.
3. Minifigures and collectibles
LEGO has created brand new molds for the characters' unique features. You'll now find official minifigures of Luffy (with a straw hat), Zoro (with three swords), Nami, Sanji, Usopp and Buggy the Clown . Since season 2 of the Netflix series premieres in March 2026, information has been leaked about six new sets coming later this year:
There is talk of a large set of Drum Island Castle .
A buildable figure of Tony Tony Chopper (in the style of LEGO Yoda/Chewbacca).
A new ship, probably a Marine ship with Captain Smoker.
